Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellation Policy

Passengers may cancel their bookings according to the following charges:

  • 48 hours before departure: Rs.200/- + applicable taxes
  • Before 24 hours of departure: 50% of fare + applicable taxes
  • Within 24 hours of departure: No refund

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for cancellations made according to the above schedule.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of ferry cancellation or rescheduling by ITT Majestic due to weather or other operational reasons, passengers can choose either a full refund or reschedule the journey according to availability.
  • Refunds do not include bank or transaction charges that may apply during the process.

3. Important Notes

  • Passengers must produce a valid ticket and photo ID for processing refunds.
  • Once refunded, the ticket cannot be reused or transferred.
  • All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by ITT Majestic.
